Good Sportsmanship

During our September u12 Gold Boys exibition match versus Prospect Lake , a PLSC boy was on the ground after what looked like a possible injury following a goal mouth collision.

A u12 Boys Gold game is played with lots of intensity and there is always a chance that a player may go to the ground with a chance of injury. If you are on the field and have possession of the ball and see that a player appears to be hurt REGARDLESS if it is your team mate or NOT, do the right thing and send the ball out of play even if that means you loose possession!
A fair opponent will realize that you have stopped play and when it resumes they will give you the ball on a thow in.

One of the best examples of good sportsmanship came in a recent English Division1 match featuring Leicester City who gifted a penalty kick to their opponents. Read the story below for the details.
