Last we checked Italy was ahead 4-3 in extra time....

(when asked which team was Italy, Mario replied "whichever team is up 4-3!")

Now that the u12 assessments are complete that means summer fun..there are lots of soccer camps with space still available! Keep fit, and get ready to wear the LakeHill stripes in September!

Check your soccer shoes..they should not fit you too tightly! Remember old shoes can be recycled so don't discard them! There are needy players who would welcome them.

Two of the best players where not eligible for selection :( this bodes well for the future at LakeHill !

This concludes the 5 assessment sessions for u12B..however their are still going to be some pre-season sessions held and we encourage everyone to attend as there will likely be three u12B teams at LakeHill and not all teams are 'set' yet. There is still one possible spot available for the Gold team and we have 4 spots for silver, this will depend on late registrations. Players will be receiving emails or phone calls from the division manager/or Team coach in August!

u12G Manager: Robert ran some of the u12B's through their paces, wow! what talented bunch of boys!! Some great volley skills, headers...good basic skills!
Only one more session before some difficult decisions have to be made, so make sure that all players attend this Saturday from 11am-12.30noon at Reynolds Park!
